"Fried" Turnips

Ingredients

    2 small Turnips
    1/8 t ground ginger
    1/4 t garlic powder
    1T Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

Cut the top and bottom off turnips, wash well. Cut in quarters and slice thinly. Spray skillet with unflavored pan spray and heat to med-high. Pour turnip slices into heated skillet and cover. Turn occasionally. When turnips are nearly done (they will be semi-translucent) add ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce. Recover and simmer until done. Makes 2 servings
