6 Chicken Breast
~30 Saltine Crackers
2 tbsp Flour
2 tbsp Potato Flakes
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil to cook with
Beat egg in a shallow dish or bowl.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
Dredge chicken in egg then place in bag, seal and shake to coat. Reduce heat to medium and cook coated chicken for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently until golden brown and cooked through.
