Ingredients

    1 green apple, cored and cut into small chuncks
    1/2 cup 1 % cottage cheese
    1/4 cup blueberries

Directions

Place half of the green apple chuncks in parfait dish or cereal bowl. Top evenly with half ot he ottage cheese. Add blueberries, remaining cottage cheese and remaining apples. Serve immediately. Serves 1
