Ingredients

    1/4 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
    2.5 CUPS OLD FASHOUNED OATS
    2 tsp BAKING POWDER

    1 WHOLE EGG
    1 EGG WHITE
    1.5 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
    5 TBSP BUTTER FLAVOR CRISCO OR BUTTER
    1/2 CUP SPLENDA BLEND
    2/3 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
    3/4 CUP WALNUT PIECES

Directions

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350*
SPRAY AND 15X10 INCH PAN WITH NON STICK SPRAY AND SET ASIDE
COMBINE OATS, FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SET ASIDE.
COMBINE BUTTER AND SPLENDA BLEND AND WHIP. ADD EGG AND EGG WHITE AND BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD VANILLA. ADD PEANUT BUTTER AND WHIP. SLOWLY ADD THE OAT MIXTURE. FOLD IN NUTS.

PRESS MIXTURE INTO PREPARED PAN AND BAKE 15 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.
