Ingredients

    15 oz can (425 g) chickpeas, with half the water drained off.
    2 Tablespoons Tahini
    1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1 clove garlic

Directions

put ingredients in vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to high. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Season to taste with salt.
