TW's No-Bake Cookies

Introduction

YUM!! Supposed to make 1 dozen cookies, but I usually get around nine. I like mine big. =) YUM!! Supposed to make 1 dozen cookies, but I usually get around nine. I like mine big. =)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa power
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tablespoons peanut butter (not low fat or low calorie)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups quick oats

Directions

combine sugar and cocoa powder in a medium sauce pan. Mix in milk and butter and cook over medium heat stirring constantly to blend. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter, vanilla extract and oats. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let set. (I put mine in the refrigerator to cool faster!) Enjoy!
