Introduction

Wonderful tasting green smoothie to start the day off right Wonderful tasting green smoothie to start the day off right
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Medjool dates - 2
    Flaxseed - 2 TBSP
    Pineapple, fresh - 1 cup diced (w/core)
    Spinach, fresh - 1 cup
    Dandelion Greens - 2 cup
    Almond Milk - 11 fl ounces
    Honey, raw - 2 TBSP
    Water, filtered - 1 cup warm
    Wheatgrass juice - 2 oz
    Ice

Directions

1. Pit Medjool dates and put in blender with warm water
2. Add 2 TBSP flaxseed
3. Let sit for 15 minutes to allow warm water to soften dates
4. Juice wheatgrass while waiting
5. After dates are softened, add remaining ingredients and blend in Blendtec or Vitamix until smooth

Makes approximately 6 cups. Water can be adjusted to increase or decrease results.
