Introduction

We always have dessert on Sundays.
This is thicker pudding, add milk or water to thin if desired. Use milk in place of water if desired but add the calories etc to your nutrition count.
Add a bit of low calorie whipped topping if desired.
Instant, quick and easy.

Ingredients

    2 6oz containers Plain Yoplait Greek 2X yogurt
    1/2 cup water
    1 small package Jello Vanilla Fat fFree Sugar Free Instant Pudding mix
    2TBSP chopped Walnuts
    4 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup

Directions

Makes four 1/2c servings
Whisk yogurt and water together in medium bowl.
Add pudding mix and whisk for 1-2 minutes
Put into 4 dessert dishes and chill.
Top with 1 TBSP of the Walden Farms 0 calorie chocolate syrup
Sprinkle 1/2 TBSP chopped Walnuts on top.
