1 3/4 lbs. ground beef 2 large eggs 1/4 cup tomato sauce 1 pgk. dried vegtable soup mix (I use Mrs. Grass or Korr) 10 saltine crackers salt and pepper 1 cup tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients together except for 1 cup tomato sauce in a large bowl. Press into a loaf pan. Cook for 1 hour or until done. Pour reserved tomato sauce on top during last 10 mintues. May need to drain meat. Cool for 5 mintues to help retain juices. Slice and serve. Serves 6 adults.
