Crispy Oven Fries

Introduction

Tyler Florence's crispy oven fries. Easy and delicious! Tyler Florence's crispy oven fries. Easy and delicious!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large baking potatoes
    extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup
    Grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup
    Parsley
    Salt, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Put the baking sheet in the hot oven to warm up for at least 5 minutes.

Cut potatoes in half, then cut halves into fourths. You'll end up with 16 fat wedges. Toss the potatoes in the olive oil and 3/4 tsp of salt. Dump the potatoes onto the hot baking sheet and spread into a single layer. Roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking the pan every now and then to help keep the potatoes from sticking.

When the fries come out of the oven, toss with the parmesan cheese and parsley. (Dried is good, fresh is better.)

Makes 4 servings.
