Chicken and rice soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 chicken thighs, skin & bone removed
    1 cup chicken both
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped carrots
    3 Tbsp Dehydrated onion flakes
    2 cups cooked white rice, long grain
    10 cups water

Directions

1. Add chicken thighs to water in large pot. Add onion flakes. Bring to boil. Turn to low and simmer for 3 hours covered.
2. Add chicken broth, celery, carrots, and cooked rice.
3. Simmer for 30 mins.
Serves 8
