Introduction

yummy corn side dish, not really hot. yummy corn side dish, not really hot.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can yellow corn (drained)
    1 can white corn (drained)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can green chilies
    8 oz fat free cream cheese (diced and softened)
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    cilantro to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients and bake in an 8x8 casserole dish at 350 for 30 minutes

serves 8
