Ingredients

    1 cup romaine lettuce
    30 grams light feta cheese
    1/4 cup sliced cucumber
    1/4 cup slices celery
    3 sundried black olives
    fresh basil and parsley to taste
    1 tbsp olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing

Directions

Combine all the vegetables, cheese, olives, herbs, and dressing in a bowl. Toss gently and serve.
