black beans, canned sweet corn, green/red pepper, celery, onion, salsa, lemon juice, ground cumin, garlic powder, Monterey Jack cheese
In a small bowl, stir together salsa, lemon juice, cumin, and garlic powder. Pour over black bean mixture; toss gently. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
Cut cheese into small cubes. Just before serving, stir cheese into salad.
