    * *Zucchinni 1 cup raw chopped with skin, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Carrot, 1 7" long carrot, 1 serving (remove)
    * *Chard, Swiss, Chopped, 1 cup (remove)
    * *capsicum, 100 gram(s) (remove)
    * *Spinach - Fresh Express Baby Spinach (Raw), 85 gram(s) (remove)
