Rice Pudding

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup long grain rice
    2 cups milk
    1 cup water
    1/2 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/3 cup raisins

Directions

Stir all ingredients except raisins together in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hr with lid on without disturbing rice. Remove lid and stir rice. Reduce oven temp to 300 and bake an additional hour. Add raisins bake for and additional half hour before removing from the oven.
