2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 can Veg-All Cajun mixed vegetables
2 cups chopped/shredded cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup canned black beans
seasoning to taste
In a slow-cooker, combine soup (add 1 can water), undrained vegetables, cooked chicken, and whatever vegetables look good! Stir together, season as desired (I use red pepper and garlic). Cook on low for 6-10 hours.
I serve with low-fat bread and apple butter. Yummy!
