Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 large Egg at room temp
    2 tbsp of Butter
    2 tbsp of 18% Cream
    2 tbsp of liquid Honey
    1/4 cup or 100ml of warm water
    2 tsp Quick Rising Yeast
    2 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten

Directions

Put the ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed. Let the bread machine knead and rise the dough first time round. (1hr 40 mins.)
When done the first rise take out of the bread machine and let sit on a floured board for 10 mins. Next I need the dough for about 10mins, then I roll the dough into a long roll and slice the dough to required size for buns. Next knead each bun until smooth and not sticky and place in baking dish/pan. Allow to rise for 1 hr at room temp.. Next bake for 25-28 mins., or until a deep golden brown..
