2 Egg Whites
2C Skim Milk
1 1/2C Brown Rice
1 Dash Cinnamon
Stir in rice, vanilla and raisins. Pour into a non-stick baking pan. Garnish with cinnamon.
Bake at 325 for 25 ,minutes. Stir and add more cinnamon if desired. Continue baking for 20-25 more minutes. Garnish with a few raisins and serve.
