Good Old Goulash

Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 Med Chopped Onion
    1 8oz. Can Tomatoe Sauce
    1 6oz. Can Tomatoe Paste
    1 C. Stewed Tomatoes
    2 tsp. Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 C. Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni

Directions

Brown Turkey and drain well. Add onions and cook until onions become transparent.

Add tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste and stewed tomatoes.

Season with chili powder and garlic powder.

While this is simmering, cook macaroni until tender. Drain and add to the soup. Stir well. Heat and serve.
