Steve's Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients

    1T Sesame Oil
    2 scrambled eggs
    1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
    8-10 Cooked Shrimp (peeled and detailed)
    3T Soy Sauce

Directions

Scramble 2 eggs and set aside (If you use PAM spray you will be able to reduce far and calories)

In a small deep skillet, heat sesame oil.
Add rice and heat through.
Add scrambled eggs and shrimp. Heat thoroughly.
Season with soy sauce and serve as a side dish.
Serving Size Approximately 1 cup.
