Ingredients

Pork, 1" cubes, all visible fat removed, 500g
Onions, raw, chopped, 1 cup
Carrots, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Black-eyed peas, dried, soaked overnight, rinsed, boiled, drained, without salt, 1 Cup
Asda gravy mix, 30g
Water, 1 cup
Tips
Serve with mashed potato and a green vegetable.
Directions
Brown the onions and the meat in a non-stick skillet. Put all the ingredients except the gravy mix in a slow cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes then on low for approx 3.5 hours until tender. Add the gravy mix allow to thicken.
