You'll never go back to potato chips! You'll never go back to potato chips!

Ingredients

    2c Kale
    1T Olive Oil
    1/2tsp Kosher Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Rinse and dry kale. Chop kale into chip-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Let cool 5 minutes, and enjoy!
