Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Honey
    1/4 cup Flax Seed (ground meal)
    1 packet Yeast
    1 cup WARM water

Directions

Mix flour, salt, and flax seed together. Mix water and yeast together, be sure water is not too hot or too cool (read yeast packet for specific temperatures). I usually let the yeast dissolve in the water for stirring, this takes a few minutes. Once yeast/water mixture is done add to the Flour mixture along with honey. Stir until all dry ingredients are "wet". You may need to add a little bit of water I keep some and add a little (1 tbsp) at a time until all of the dough is mixed. Stick the dough in a warm moist place, I typically put it in the microwave where I warmed up the water so that it can rise. Leave for 10 minutes. Once it's done it's ready to be rolled out. Roll out however you choose, be sure to flour your surface well so that it doesn't stick. Bake in the oven for 10 min, then take it out and add the ingredients. Each pizza will have different cooking times depending on how you like it. I typically put it in between 10-20min.
