Introduction

One of my favorite foods is lox and bagel, and doing low carb, I miss it terribly. So, I came up with this recipe to give myself all the flavors of Lox and Bagel with way fewer carbs. The net carbs of this recipe come out to about 14. This recipe is not suitable for the Induction phase of Low carb dieting. Ingredients

    1 oz smoked salmon (lox), chopped
    1 oz cream cheese
    1/2 tbsp capers, drained
    2 cherry tomatoes, chopped
    1 tbsp red onion, chopped
    2 slices Wasa fiber crispbread

Directions

1. Combine cream cheese and lox.
2. Spread onto crispbread crackers.
3. Top with capers, tomato and onion.

Makes 2 crispbreads (1 serving)
