    Cantaloupe, 1 wedge, small (1/8 of small melon)
    Trader Joes Sour cherry juice, .5 cup
    Kale,one large leaf torn up
    Chobani - Greek Yogurt Non-Fat, Plain 6 oz., 1 serving
