Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 c. regular oats
    3/4 c. almond milk (unsweetened)
    2 tbsp. chia seeds
    1 small banana, smashed
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix ingredients together and put in fridge overnight.

In the morning go crazy with toppings! (think peanut butter, honey, shredded coconut, fruit, etc.)

    @TAMMYLYNN61 - you don't cook it. Although if you don't want to eat it cold (much better than you might expect!) you can microwave it in the morning. - 7/7/11
