I box of Dreamfield's Rigitoni or Penne pasta
1 Jar of Vodka Sauce
1 package of ground chicken
6 oz. of Conecah Sausage
6 oz. of Polish Kielbasa
2 cup of diced onion/pepper mix
2 cups of shredded Mexican blend and/or Mozzerella cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies or garlic
Seasonings to taste:
Red Pepper flakes
1/4c. red wine vinegar (pour in pan when cooking meat)
Cook ground chicken, kielbasa and/or sausage with onion pepper mix.
After cooking, drain excess oil, add tomatoes and sauce. Season to taste.
Pour in baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in oven for 15-20 or until cheese melts
makes 6 to 8 servings
