Homemade Banana Bread with a cinnamon and sugar coating - Makes 2 loaves Homemade Banana Bread with a cinnamon and sugar coating - Makes 2 loavesNumber of Servings: 40
Ingredients

2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sour Milk ( or add 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice to regular milk)
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
3-4 Ripe Bananas
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Coating for Pans:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix together sugar, butter, milk, baking soda, salt, flour, and vanilla. Beat together eggs and add to mixture. Mash bananas and add. Add as much cinnamon as you would like. Grease 2 oaf pans and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar coating until covered. Pour batter into pans. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mix on top. Bak at 350 for 1 hour. Yields 2 Loaves.

Yes - My apologies, but the entire recipe is for both loaves. I did not calculate per serving as each person typically has a different idea what a serving of this is. Thanks!!
