Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 cup Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2/3 cup Plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt
    2/3 cup Water
    Any mixture of blueberries and raspberries equal to 3/4 cup.

Directions

Mix first five ingredients in a large bowl. Add water and yogurt, mix well. Stir in berries carefully. Bake for 18 minutes at 400 degrees.

Makes 12 servings.
