Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    4 cups Cub Chicken Broth Fat Free Reduced Sodium
    1/2 Cup Wild Rice
    1/2 Cup Lentils
    2 tbsp chopped onions
    1/4 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped Sweet Red Peppers
    1 10oz Pkg Frozen Spinach
    1 12oz Pkg of Cub Steamy Mixed Vegetable Blend
    4 cloves of Garlic chopped
    5 Cups water

Directions

Add Water, Broth, diced tomatoes, lentils and Rice. Bring to a boil and simmer until Lentils and Rice are almost done. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are to your liking. Season with Basil, Garlic, Oregano, Italian seasoning to your liking.

Makes Approx. 13 1 cup servings
