Mom's Taco Salad

Introduction

This recipe makes a LOT of salad, but, it is great leftovers! This recipe makes a LOT of salad, but, it is great leftovers!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Medium Head of Iceberg Lettuce
    1 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce
    1.5 lbs 80/20 ground chuck
    2 pkgs taco seasoning
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (Crumbled)
    Tomatoes (optional)
    Onions (optional)

Directions

Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning per the directions on the package. Shred lettuces and place in a large bowl. Once taco meat is finished, add it to the bowl with the lettuce, mix thoroughly. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Add shredded cheese and crushed up Doritos. Mix salad until ingredients are evenly distributed. ENJOY!
