2 large eggs
1 cooked slice of bacon/turkey bacon/meatless bacon, crumbled
1 tsp water
1-2 oz of Colby (or other) cheese, shredded
Pour into preheated pan, sprinkle crumbled bacon and 1/2 of cheese in to omelet, allow to cook.
Once it starts to harden, fold omelet over, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cook, serve once done to liking.
