Ingredients

    1 (6) oz can solid white albacore tuna
    1/4 c red onion chopped
    1 medium red tomato diced
    2 tbs mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp dried dill
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
serve on whole wheat bread or crackers
