Ingredients

.5 cup slowcooker / greek yogurt
    1 c FROZEN blueberries
    1 (33 g) scoop Whey Protein
    1 packet Truvia, if desired

Directions

Use a personal / small size food processor to blend the yogurt and protein powder. Add a packet of Truvia. Add the FROZEN blueberries and process until the desired consistency.

It's also amazing with FROZEN Tropical Fruit! Any frozen fruit will work, but will change nutritional info.

This makes 2 servings. I eat half and spoon the other serving into 2 freezer pop containers to eat as popcicles later!!

It's wonderful after a workout on a super hot day!
