IntroductionDry spicy flat bread. Dry spicy flat bread.
Flour, white, 1 cup
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Garlic, 2 tsp
Water, tap, 1/3 cup
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
Stir in water and oil.
Knead for 2-3 minutes or until dough is somewhat soft but still slightly dry.
Set in warm dry area for 25-30 minutes.
Divide into 4 balls and flatten tp about 4-5 inches in diameter. Should be very thin.
Heat on frying pan on medium heat. Do not oil pan.
Dough will rise slightly whil cooking.
Flip often. When both sides are browned remove from heat.
Serve hot. Great to serve with Hummus or Tahini.
Makes 4 flat breads.
