Introduction

Everyone loves my chili! Add red pepper powder/flakes for some heat! This recipe makes about 8 1C servings. Everyone loves my chili! Add red pepper powder/flakes for some heat! This recipe makes about 8 1C servings.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. 93/7 (lean) ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 T garlic
    2 cans chili beans
    2 cans chili tomatoes (or plain diced tomatoes)
    2T chili powder
    1t cumin powder
    1t salt

Directions

1. Brown beef, add onion, peppers & garlic. Sautee 5 minutes
2. Add remaining ingredients, simmer about 1 hour or until slightly thickened. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes!
