Introduction

This isn't completely free of sugar because the Peanut Butter is only *Less Sugar* but it is very low in sugar for diabetic people. This isn't completely free of sugar because the Peanut Butter is only *Less Sugar* but it is very low in sugar for diabetic people.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 slices of Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread
    1 tbsp of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, less sugar, less sodium
    1 tbsp of Smucker's Strawberry Preserves Sugar Free or any of the many flavors available

Directions

Take 2 slices of the Nature's Own bread which are 50 calories per slice and thinly spread the Jiff creamy peanut butter on 1 slice and thinly spread the Smucker's on the other slice and enjoy.

I thinly slice the peanut butter and end up with less than 1 tbsp which takes away some of the calories from the sandwich. If you prefer to then use the entire tablespoon.
