beef and refried bean casserole

Ingredients

1 pound ground round
1 cup Bisquik
1 pound can refried beans
1 2.25oz can sliced ripe olives
I 10 oz can original rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 tsp cumin
.5 tsp ground red pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown beef and drain well. Put browned beef, rotel tomatoes and chilies, olives, cumin, and ground red pepper in skillet and heat to a boil. While meat mixture is heating, combine refried beans and bisquik in a two quart baking dish. Pour meat mixture over bean mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
