Ingredients

    * Ground beef, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) chopped
    * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) copped
    * Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    * White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    * *Beef Broth, Swanson, Fat Free, Low Sodium, 2 cup
    * *Worcestershire, 3 tsp
    * Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed),1 can
    * *Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Condensed Soup, 1 can

Directions

8 servings

brown ground beef, drain and rinse. Add onion, celery and peppers to dutch oven with about a tablespoon of water and saute till soft. Add rest of ingredients to dutch oven stir. Bring to a boil stir and cook covered on low heat for 30 min or until rice is cooked. Season to taste.
