Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (or more, to taste)
    *Lime, Juice, 1 tsp.
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 small pepper
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Avocado (optional)- add calories, is using

Directions

Mince garlic, chop tomatoes, onions, peppers and avocado (if using). Add spices and gently blend together. Refrigerate and allow flavours to meld for at least one hour.
