Ingredients

10 cups Chicken Broth
1 Pkg (12) No Yolks Dumpling Noodles
1 1/2 ribs celery Chopped
1 Cup Red Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3 T Corn Starch
4 cubes Chicken Bouillon
Directions
Serving Size: Approx 2 cups
Pour chicken broth in a large pan/Dutch Oven. Heat to a Boil and add bouillon cubes. Add celery and onion.
Add package of noodles to boiling broth. Bring to a another and reduce heat to medium and cook the noodles until tender
Drain the noodles and keep the broth. Set Noodles aside and pout the broth back into the pan and bring to another boil
In a cup of water dissolve the corn starch and pour the mixture into the broth and stir continuously until it thickens.
Remove broth mixture from the beat and add the sour cream.
Add the cooked noodles and allow to set to desired thickness
