Fake Pizza Crust

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked cauliflower
    1 egg
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp fennel
    1/2 tsp oregano
    2 tsp parley

    **Can be doubled!!**

Directions

Preheat oven at 450 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, and cheese. Press evenly on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with fennel, oregano, and parsley. Bake for 12-15 minutes. (If recipe is doubled, bake for 15-20 minutes)
Remove from oven, and allow to cool slightly for 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce of choice, toppings, and cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
