# Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 425 grams/15 OZ
# *Evaporated fat free skim milk 12 oz can
# Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup
# Salt, .5 tsp
# *Pumpkin Pie spice, 3 tsp
# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
# Granulated Sugar, 2/3 cup
Pour into 9" sprayed pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min., then at 325 for 45 min. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 8 servings.
