Ingredients

    *Jello sugar free - fat free cook & serve vanilla pudding (mix only), 1 pkg.
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cups
    Instant Coffee, decaffeinated, 1 tsp
    *Cool Whip Whipped Topping - low fat 95% fat free, 8 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/2 tsp
    *Coffee Crisp miniís, 2 bars, crumbled

Directions

Crumble 2 miniature Coffee Crisp bars.
Boil a small amount of water. Add about 1/2 tsp. boiled water to the decaffeinated coffee granules. Mix until all granules have dissolved.
In a food processor or blender, combine the vanilla pudding mix and skim milk. Add the coffee and Coolwhip. Pour into individual serving dishes andevenly sprinkle the top with the unsweetened cocoa powder and Coffee Crisp crumbles.
