Kate's Turkey Casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    -Whole Wheat Penne or Rotini pasta 12 oz. (Or the whole box, it just wouldnt fit in my casserole pan)
    -1lb ground turkey
    -1 onion
    -2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    -1 cup 1% milk (or skim to cut more cals)
    -1 cup frozen peas



Directions

-Cook pasta until al dente
-Cook turkey until just clear of pink. Do not overcook pasta or turkey as both will be baking as well.
-Saute onion in seperate pan.
-Combine mushroom soup with milk in bowl.
-Combine all ingredients in deep casserole dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
