Jacob's Low-Fat Creamy Chickeny Rice

Introduction

A lower-fat alternative to Mom's "cream-of soup" rice. A lower-fat alternative to Mom's "cream-of soup" rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup Uncooked Brown Rice
    1.5 Cups Fat-Free Chicken Broth
    .5 Cups water
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free)

Directions

Cook brown rice according to package directions, using chicken broth and water as liquid.

Add 1 can soup after rice is done cook.

Serve. (Make 4 servings)
