Couscous with Cranberries & Almonds

Submitted by: SERENITYTODAY

Introduction

This is so easy & makes for a festive dish, especially during the holidays! It's great by itself if you're a vegetarian - the couscous provides 8g protein plus complex carbs. But it also works well as a side dish if you're serving meat or other items. Tastes great even at room temp or cold. This is so easy & makes for a festive dish, especially during the holidays!
