Coconut Smoothie

Introduction

Coconut milk and fresh pineapple Coconut milk and fresh pineapple
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can coconut milk
    1 cup fresh pinapple, or to taste
    5 ice cubes

Directions

Open can of coconut milk. Put half the can in an airtight container and put in refrigerator. Can keep for up to 1 week.
Put remaining coconut milk in a blender.
Add fresh pineapple.
Add 5 ice cubes.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
