Ingredients

    1 C cucumber peeled and sliced
    Yellow onion, sliced thin to taste
    2 tbsp sour cream
    2 tsp salad supreme from mccormick

Directions

place cucumbers and onion in highly salted water, 1tbsp salt per cup water, so that they are covered. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. overnight is best. After at least 2 hrs, drain cucumbers and onions, and mix with sour cream and season with salad supreme.
